From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth. The room was spacious, the lighting was cozy, and the breakfast had good variety. Absolutely loved our stay.

Reception was friendly but the room had a persistent smell we couldn’t ignore. Otherwise, things were okay. Not in a rush to return.

Super helpful staff and everything was kept clean. Loved that the hotel was walking distance to a pharmacy and grocery store. Elevator gets crowded during peak hours though.

Room looked better in photos. The lighting was poor and I struggled to charge my phone without unplugging the lamp. AC worked well though.

Rooms are decent but nothing special. Main issue was noise from the hallway during the night. They could invest in better soundproofing. Otherwise, decent value.

The Haram was only a few minutes away and the view from our room was stunning. The uphill return was manageable for us, but might be tough for others.

Really liked the layout of the suite and the beds were super comfy. Kids loved the breakfast and the staff were very sweet with them.

Stayed for two nights during a business trip. Rooms are clean and desk space was sufficient. Only issue was weak Wi-Fi which made it difficult to work in the evenings.

Rooms were modern and the view was calming. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to relatives traveling for Umrah.

Great stay overall. The proximity to the Haram is a big plus. We didn’t use the shuttle because we preferred walking, but be aware of the slope.

Rooms were clean but small for a family. No microwave or food options nearby made things a bit inconvenient with kids. The uphill walk is also challenging for the elderly.
